"The staff at the hotel front desk were very friendly. However, the shared bathroom/shower was not clean most of the time and not well designed. The bedroom was ok although a bit depressing. The common areas were clean and comfortable. "

"Very helpful staff and the breakfast was amazing with plenty of choice. Rooms very clean and hotel also very clean. Well situated for the Metro (O’Donnell or Goya) and a short distance to the Retiro gardens. Easy to get to from the airport on Bus 203 (5 Euro per person when we took it). Lots of places to eat nearby & hotel food really good. Check out the cafes and bars in Goya. Gym small but plenty of apparatus - treadmill, 3 bikes, X-trainer, weights machine and weights. Highly recommend this hotel for visiting Madrid."

"Parking was Ok. This property is OK as long as you don't care about being comfortable. Since showers don't have a curtain and is no separation to the toilet, everything gets shocking wet. "

"Hotel 5 mins walk to metro station. Is next to the flyover but there was no traffic noise. I booked the hotel due to the convenience getting to and from Rayo Vallecano stadium and this worked well but it is also close to the main city by metro. I left my plug adapter at home by mistake and they were able to supply me with one. Rooms are compact but clean and the facilities are more than adequate. Can only be complimentary about my one night stay."

"Although i only stayed for 3 nights, the staff were so kind and accommodating. Especially the general manager whose name i forget, i think her name was essia. She guided me on what to see and enjoy in Madrid. Solo travelling is not easy because you have to figure everything out yourself, but she was amazing. The rooms were pristine but the bed was too hard, but i think thaat is a personal preference rather than a critiscm. This hotel is situated quite near bus stops and train stations which makes it easy to get around. "
