"An absolutely perfect location - tubes, buses and plenty of shops nearby. And the highlight of the location is beautiful Russell Square just a few minutes away.
The room was compact but spotlessly clean and most of all, felt very safe.
The staff responsiveness was excellent - I had issues with the air-conditioning and locked myself out of the safe. The staff were very helpful in resolving both issues promptly.
I'll definitely be back!"
"This is a great hotel. Excellent location right beside Russell Square tube on the Piccadilly Line and 10 minutes from Euston. Loads of very tasty cafes and restaurants closeby. Staff were super helpful especially Mimi, room was spotless, lovely aircon and very comfortable bed. "

"Stayed for one night. Easy check in with details emailed to me on the date of stay. Loved the treats in the room on arrival and the tea trolley outside the room in the morning. Had everything you need from dental kits to sleep masks and ear plugs. 5 minute walk from Kings Cross station. Would definitely recommend. "
"This was a surprising find. We booked it for a one night layover. It was "off the beaten path" and a bit of a hike from the train station (with luggage). Our room was clean and comfortable. The staff was extremely friendly and hospitable. Dinner and breakfast was very good. The biggest surprise was that the Harrison has an entertainment venue in the basement (comedy the evening we were there). I recommend this place."
"The English breakfast included with the Stay was very good as were the options to have other sides with the meal i.e; yogurt, fruit, cereal, Red and White Cheese, coffee, and tea etc. Well worth the fee."

The bathroom was well lit and the shower had great water pressure and plenty of hot water. Very easy walking to a Tesco express, Starbucks, Chipotle, Goodge Street station and bus stops. And while the major attractions aren’t super close, they are walkable if necessary (we ended up walking back to the hotel from Westminster...
