"We had a wonderful first stay at the Standard. The hotel is very up market and our room was spacious and stylish with modern amenities. We stayed in a suite with a dining area, bath in the room and balcony. It was perfect for our first family trip away with our one year old daughter. Having room service available was brilliant so we could have breakfast in the room before getting ready for the day. Lastly, the staff were so friendly and welcoming. "Stayed at Cleveland Residences for one night as it’s very close to our daughter’s university. Flawless communications, super clean, comfortable , upscale flats, good nearby food options, and 2-3 minutes to Russell Square underground station. This is the place to stay if you haven’t be close to UCL or Univ of London. "

"Stay was very pleasant. Basement studio was interesting concept and it worked very well. It's definitely not accessible but for us it worked fine. There was no mobile reception in the badement and due to our checking in link not working we were not able to get info about the wifi or anything else. NoHo answered to my questions very fast and I was able to get the room key even wothout official the check-in. Room was spacious and we slept just perfect. There was not a lot of noice from the traffic...
"The English breakfast included with the Stay was very good as were the options to have other sides with the meal i.e; yogurt, fruit, cereal, Red and White Cheese, coffee, and tea etc. Well worth the fee."
