"Everything about this place was terrific!!"

"I had a lovely 2-night stay at Cleveland Residences Russell Square. The self check-in process was easy and straightforward, and the apartment was clean, comfortable and well equipped with everything needed for a short stay. The location was excellent for exploring London, with convenient access to local attractions and public transport. Euston Station was approximately an 18-minute walk away. Overall, a great place to stay for a short visit to London, and I would happily recommend it to others."

"perfect stay, wonderful staff, specially Charlotte at the check in, the whole stay was perfect. highly recommended."

"Great staff. Had an issue pop up and they couldn’t have been more helpful. I always enjoy staying at the hub."

"Room was tiny and there was a loud noise from a water tank near the room that made it difficult to sleep."
