"Other than the location, not much positive to report. Room was out of the 70's and the bathroom door was broken. The floor was not level to an extreme. 7-8 inches change from front to back. No amenities in the room. The bed was old and uncomfortable."

"Conveniently located hotel. The staff was friendly in the rooms were very nice and clean."

"Excellent location. Helpful staff. Beautiful setting!"

"Decent little motel. Has a parking spot for you, check in is easy. The room was fairly clean, things were just old. The room has a fridge and microwave, but obviously there aren’t amenities like breakfast included or anything. It’s close enough (by car) to Bar Harbor & Acadia. Overall good but not knock your socks off."

"Room was clean and staff was very accommodating!! Loved the breakfast and the popcorn was such a cute touch! Would recommend!!"

"The room was very clean, however the shower head in the bathroom was very small and only partially worked. The towels were thin."

"Clean minimalistic"

"No issues here. Recently remodeled rooms. Convenient and easy check in."

"The room was clean and updated. The staff was friendly and helpful. The exterior did not match the rooms, as it had piles of mattresses/furniture being discarded. Fellow tenants smoked directly outside of the rooms, which led to cigarette smoke in hallways and seeping into rooms. Close to airport and a few restaurants."
