"I had a great trip. Thank you to Tony who went above and beyond to make sure our stay was comfortable. Due to xmas the shopping slots were all gone and only a few days before our arrival there was a slot. He was very helpful in making sure our groceries order was collected by him when delivered to the apartment and then came again to put in our room ready for us when we arrived. We will definitely not forget his kind gesture!! Room was cosy and clean toilets! A nice lobby / lounge area in main...

"Lovely stay. Great view. Apartment was clean and tidy. Fully kitted out kitchen. Very spacious. The only 2 things was the mattress could do with replacing on bed. It slopes inwards when slept in and could do with blackout curtains as it’s very light when curtains are drawn. Would still stay again. "

Can be noisy at night with crowds but if you choose to stay here you should expect it. My only suggestion is to replace the mattress. It feels worn and saggy. Joivy was a great company to work with. Really nice hotel, a short walk from Princes Street and the tram stop, so very convenient but also very quiet too. "Loved our stay in a 2 bed apartment in Braid apartments. Beds so comfortable that I didn’t want to leave ! Great welcome basket with some breakfast items were waiting for us on arrival. 2 bathrooms with showers in each and great heat throughout the apartment. Super place to be based as so close to princes street and main sites. Staff very helpful before arrival and provided information when it was needed. We arrived around 8pm and it was easy to access with the provided code which was emailed...
