"The room was nice and spacious, but they didn’t refill the mini fridge or toilet paper when it got low. Room service was quick and buffet options were nice. Staff were friendly and helpful."

"Excelente local, próximo ao principais destinos turísticos, bastante comodidade"

"We stayed here for 1 week after a week at nearby Carimã Resort (see review). Same ownership. Hotel also sits off of Avenida das Cataratas. Breakfast and dinner very similar to Carimã. This hotel is a smaller scale, except for the extra-large game room and gym (larger than Carimã). The rooms and service excellent. "The food selection is good."

"This is how they handle bedding: a flat sheet is used as the only cover for the mattress, and then a shared blanket with yellow stains and dirty spots is placed on top. This is absolutely disgusting. I honestly can’t stand it. It seems to be the same all across the Americas. The hygiene standards are terrible."

"Foi tudo maravilhoso equipe atenciosa tudo limpo povo prestativo"

"In city, with good staff We've found that we lost our Passport. The hotel staff, even though she was new and couldn't speak English very well, but she was tried very hard for helping. The hotel is located at town center. A little bit far from airport and iguazu but there are also something else to do around town."

"The hotel was nice, Breakfast was good, staff were friendly, but their Air-conditioning system was not working."

"The kids amenities here are next level!"

No me encantó el check in tan tarde y lento"
