"really bad experience. The boarder was closed and this hotel didn't have people to speak english. we spoke spanish and refused to help out. they were not willing to give us a refund either. I don't recommend a place with bad service and attitude."

"Maintenance lacking, stovetop inop. Problem with toilet clogs. Kitchen sink is leaking unless turned very hard. Trouble checking in at first, but clerk finally found envelope with my name on it with key. Need to find better way to ensure easier check in. Although it seems I am being kind of hard on them, all in all stay was ok. "

"The property is very well located, super close to the city center of Foz and the bus terminal. The staff was very friendly and helpful. The breakfast was incredible! If you’re a light sleeper, you may need earplugs (depending on where is your room). Overall, great cost/benefit ratio, definitely recommend."

"As instalações são antigas. Infelizmente meu banheiro tinha um cheiro de esgoto absurdo e muito encardido. A limpeza era bem feita, mas o local que precisa de reforma. Rua bem tranquila. Atendentes ótimos. Café simples, mas bom, só teve dias que acabaram alguns itens e não teve reposição."
