"5 star attention to customer service, clean, quiet and peaceful. If you need to relax and be taken care of this is the best place. Special mention to Isabel, Patricia, Luis and Ramiro, really went above and beyond for our comfort and needs. The whole staff is outstanding. Magnificent facility if there’s anything to add would be a money exchange, besides that it’s all you could ask for in a vacation."

"I did not like that they only let you used the jacuzzi or sauna for 30 mins per day. Also my wife and I after the excursion try to get a massage and they only had one massage terapist available at the spa. So we were very disappointed. Pool it’s not clean as well, and temperature cool."

"Executive room was large. Grounds were beautiful. I had one of the best 50 min deep tissue massages for $30. Liquor prices were reasonable and chips at the casino were only 50 per cent. "Hotel parece remodelado o quarto grande e novinho. Me deram um upgrade mesmo eu fazendo a reserva no mesmo dia e sendo minha primeira estadia. Hotel com otima localização, em frente a rodoviaria. Excelente isolamento acustico. O cafe da manha era completo, só faltou uma tapioca (fica a sugestão). Otimo custo beneficio. Super recomendo!"

"Em geral foi ok. Mas no quarto não tinha tomada dos dois lados da cama, fez bastante falta para deixar nossos celulares e power bank carregando durante a noite. É meio demorado para pegar uber em Foz, infelizmente os taxistas não ficam parados na frente desse hotel como em outros do centro. Mas tem um caixa eletrônico na recepção, muito útil para quem vai às compras."
