"We walked in and the place had a weird smell. Got to the room opened the door and the room smelt so badly of must and mold. The floor was dirty, the bathroom was dirty and there was a visitor in the bathroom ( roach ) . I still haven't received my deposit back yet either. They said it would take 3 to 5 business days and it's been more than that. Extremely unprofessional!"
"Could use a bit of an update and the rooms have more "stuff then necessary" but it was lovely... a couple hooks on the wall, take out the dressers and cupboard, put the TV up on a Wall rack, and you could easily put in queen beds and have a TON of room in the basic units, we love it, but it was tiny ... and our door was very sticky, the lock... "
"1. Location- seems like a nice area and Very close to airport and other hotels.
2.Food- 5 minute drive to restaurants and fastfood right down transit.
3.Room- Nice, i liked the stand up shower with the counter and mirror outside the room. Even for a lower priced basic room eince i only stayed 1 night it was perfect.
Hotel-easy parking, pulled right up under the awnin, breakfast offered following morning(wasnt able to partake in that)
Shuttle-quick ride to airport, driver was ok, helped with...
"Great outdoor space with fire pits and seating. So much quieter than I imagined being so close to the airport. No frills, basic room, but comfortable bed and pillows and very clean! Front desk staff was exceptionally kind, especially when I got lost in the long hallways and embarrassingly needed directions to the front desk at 5am. Would highly recommend if needed for a night before an early morning flight. Shuttle was quick and easy. "
"I had accidentally left a dress shirt hanging in the closet with 3 hangers. They claimed they did not have them when i called. Positive they were there because i did not have them when i left! My fault, just don't leave anything, you'll never see it again. "
