"This is a nice quiet motel in a very small community.
The owner went out of his way to ensure we had a great stay. Offered suggestions for dining, offered to help with luggage, and ensured we were comfortable.
The rooms are very dated, but the friendliness and kindness of the owner more than makes up for it!
AC was cold, fridge was great to have, and the bed and pillows were absolutely perfect!
Keurig coffee in the lobby with fresh creamer was always available, which was a wonderful...
"We stayed at the Attican Motel while spending the day at Darien Lake and seeing a concert that night. It is only a 15 minute drive away. The motel sits on a hill above the main road, so it was pretty quiet. The photos don’t really do it justice and it looks even nicer in person. It’s a quaint family-run establishment and care has been taken to keeps things up to date for the most part. We were very comfortable here. Two things you’ll want to be prepared for though:
1) A $50 deposit is required...
"This place was great. The staff were always friendly and helpful, the water park and all other things to do were always clean and enjoyable. There were always activities for kids to do as well. Overall a great time!!!"
"WOW!! I LOVED this property!! The history is so fascinating and everything inside fits with the charm of the building. I loved the high ceilings and the fact that there was a gym right in the building. We stayed there to attend a concert, which was just a walk down the street. Everything was so clean, safe, close to shopping and restaurants, and literally perfect. We will definitely be back!"
"The pool and around the pool was amazing and stunning. Facilities for wedsing reception or parties. Restaurant on site. Free breakfast. Rooms with decks overlooking pool and gazebo area were awesome but made it a littke noisy. The smell of weed was string in the halls even though it is s smokefree property. Im alergic so luckily my room was right next to the hallway outside. The staff was stellar. I miss my connection due to amtrak and they held my room and ultimately didn't charge me for it...
