"The first time I was there, I found that the scent in the room was very strong. I contacted the management when I got home and told them it triggered asthma for me. It was unfortunate that there were several hockey teams and only one functioning elevator, as the other one was out of order. Hot tub and pool where clean and warm. Super impressed that as close as the hotel is to the 400 highway, you cannot hear it at all."

"I dont like the breakfast voucher system every time we eat, why just not show our card key to eat breakfast. The breakfast menu always the same , some of the pastries taste moldy. The whole building is safety hazard, the bathroom not handicap friendly, no handheld to go in/out the tub, door jam, the lower portion is a tripping hazard, no physical lock at the door, the check in you have to go around not visible."

"Came to this hotel very late at night after a long work trip and the front desk manager was very unpleasant. Their machine wasn’t working and he was pressuring me to write my credit card down so he can charge it for the deposit at a later date. He refused to accept cash or to call my room once his machine was ready and threatened to cancel my booking if I didn’t provide the card. "We had a nice two night stay in a clean comfortable room. Quick basic breakfast on site with a quick walk to the subway to get downtown without the hassle of bringing a vehicle downtown. Not our first visit to Monte Carlo and we will definitely be back."
