"Room was clean and had everything needed. Staff was helpful when needed. They need an express checkout box to place the room keys on the morning. Guests should be able to check out anytime before 9am. "

"Clean and cheap. Centrally located. We had a very late check-in at 3am due to air Canada being the terrible airline it is and we were accommodated."

"This two-storey apartment hotel was clean, comfortable bed, nice linens and towels, high ceilings. It is located in a quiet residential area, easy access from Sheppard Ave E. I had a Queen with kitchenette unit - very spacious living, workspace and eating area. The bedroom had adequate space, an armoire for clothes, a safe. "Did not use the pool. Did not enjoy the breakfast but in all faairness we brought it up to the room. The eggs were awful and nothing was hot. Again we did bring it back to the room and that was the problem."

"We tried the Hilton instead of going to the Marriott again. The price of the Hilton was more expensive. We believe the Hilton to be better for people staying for a few days that need access to laundry and a kitchen. The breakfast was much smaller at the Hilton. The lady Oche working was very friendly and good with the kids. Overall the stay was good, but we found the price a bit high."
