"The suite was immaculate, and the daily housekeeping service was greatly appreciated. The bed provided excellent comfort, and the air conditioning system was remarkably quiet—an uncommon advantage compared to many other hotels. One area for improvement would be clearer communication regarding the indoor parking, as it is not always highlighted and the outdoor lot tends...
"The property is a sub basement of a house. The entrance is through the garage and it’s tiny. Difficult to get thru the doors to the basement. The place is minimally furnished. It is located at the far north end of Richmond Hill away from commercial activities. I would not rent this place again. Owner is quick to respond to requests. "
"Check-in was amazing. Chearful, helpful and every time I went to the front desk they remembered my name. Impressive. Property was very spacious, casino had a lit going on (two floors) separate poker area on it's own floor. Lots of dining options. Will definitely stay again"
"Irene at the front desk went above and beyond- breakfast service and staff above and beyond. noisy at night based off of traffic from the 400, easy and accessible. Hotel room was clean and provided with everything needed.- air conditioning unit wasn’t working.. my only complaint. Would definitely suggest staying at the Holiday Inn express I will be there again."
"Front lobby staff were excellent and very helpful on check-in, but had a rude experience with one front desk staff when asking for a late check-out, think the name was Karen and maybe a manager, who was very rude. She basically said "late check-out you pay" but when I went to the lobby to ask a young staff, she said "no problem take your time". We only checked-out late by about 15 minutes!
Otherwise the stay was comfortable, the room was big and quiet, the heating system worked well as did the WiFi. Parking was free, near a gas station and just off the highway so it was a good location for our transit stop in an 8 hour drive in the winter."
