"The room was clean and had all the necessities for our stay! The check-in and checkout process was very easy! The airport shuttle was amazing (both to and from the airport), and the location was perfect! The breakfast was limited to a few items but was certainly adequate. The staff were friendly and helpful! The elevator was, at times, worrisome but it did its job while we were there (LOL)!"

"AC had very bad smell and I had to check out after 1 hour cause room got so warm and couldn’t turn AC on cause of smell. No window to open for fresh air also bed was dirty and I saw a bug in it."

"Front lobby staff were excellent and very helpful on check-in, but had a rude experience with one front desk staff when asking for a late check-out, think the name was Karen and maybe a manager, who was very rude. She basically said "late check-out you pay" but when I went to the lobby to ask a young staff, she said "no problem take your time". We only checked-out late by about 15 minutes!
