She basically said "late check-out you pay" but when I went to the lobby to ask a young staff, she said "no problem take your time". We only checked-out late by about 15 minutes! "Check in and parking were good. Room was dated. The pics online did not meet real life expectations. Its as though they took an old hotel and tried to add paint and wallpaper. Fail. Beds were okay. Pillows not great. Liked the entertaining unit incl coffee maker,mini fridge & desk. High price for the quality. Expected better from Sheraton brand. "
