"This hotel was good for a family of 4. Good breakfast. Everything as expected. It was a little far from the Hammersmith underground station would be the only thing to say if your traveling with a lot of luggage. It probably seemed worse for us because we were traveling in the middle of winter. On the plus side to this hammersmith station has lifts, so its good once you get there. All in all a clean well maintained hotel in a good location between Heathrow airport and the centre of london."

"Lovely hotel, staff friendly and helpful, location was spot on 10 minute walk down to Richmond Town Centre, stunning scenery facing hotel and River Thames, Hotel smelt gorgeous and the fires were lit of an evening which was so christmasy with the decor, we had a couple of drinks in the bar and it was stunning so relaxing and again lovely staff would love to return soon , thankyou "

"The apartment was wonderful and attractive, although the room I did expect was a room with separated living room as I saw in the advertised pictures. It was very comfortable with facilities to cook. We slept very well in the very comfortable bed after our long journey in Europe. The receptionist was very nice. We enjoyed our 4-night stay there a lot. It would be perfect if the body lotion, shower cap and dishwashing liquid would be provided in room too. It was not so convenient for public...

"Wir hatten zwei separate Zimmer bekommen für 6 köpfige Familie. Leider waren die Zimmer mit Verbindungstür vergeben. Aber man hat sich Gedanken und Mühe gemacht uns dennoch zwei nebeneinander gelegene Zimmer zu geben. Damit waren wir sehr zufrieden. Das Frühstück dort ist wirklich ausgezeichnet (vielseitig- also für jedermann was dabei. Man konnte sich zusätzlich Omeletts bestellen) Das Highlight war jedoch der Wellness Bereich.
