"The places was not well equipped, with it being over 30 degrees- only a small fan was placed in room. The windows did not open fully. No water placed in room knowing it was going to be hot. The outside needs update and not what the photos show. Breakfast was nice but."

"Most of the beer in the bar was off. We asked for an extra fan for the room, it didn't turn up. My wife is a vegan, we asked for oatmilk in the room. That didn't arrive either. "The room was a little dated and there was a lot of dust, the bathroom was tired and the sealing around the taps was black there was no cold water it was nearly as warm as the hot tap so not very nice for brushing your teeth"

"The Malvern is a hotel run around a health club and spa. The best feature is its restaurant which is modern and serves good food. The spa itself has a nice and warm indoor / outdoor pool but the facilities are dated and tired. The rooms are very tired, think 1970’s travelodge, and in desperate need of an upgrade. "I would describe the Hotel as functional but dated. It has a good health club, a bar and restaurant and the rooms have what you need. Except aircon which in this current heatwave was sorely missed. My side of the building had the afternoon sun beating down on it and because the curtains were not drawn it was like walking into an oven and it stayed like this all night. Unser Zimmer war recht klein und extrem heiß (Südwestseite bei Außentemperaturen von 35 Grad), da es keine Klimaanlage gibt. Die Fenster lassen sich nur kippen, nicht komplett öffnen. So konnten wir nicht gut schlafen. Wenigstens gab es einen Pool zum Abkühlen. Das Frühstücksangebot war gut, nur der Kaffee war schlecht. Geschmacklos wie braunes Wasser. "The Alcester Inn was a fantastic place to stay. The room was clean, comfortable, and well maintained, with a very comfortable bed. The staff were friendly, welcoming, and always happy to help. Food in the restaurant was excellent, with generous portions and quick service, while breakfast offered plenty of choice. Free parking and a convenient location made everything easy. Great value for money, and I'd happily stay here again. Highly recommended!"

"Really nice b&b in an historic and interesting house. Host was really friendly and breakfasts were really good. Large bedroom, plenty of space for clothes. Right opposite the Abbey and near local amenities. Would certainly return."

"Great stay in a lovely hotel. The owner was charming, friendly and fun and gave an excellent display of first class customer service. The food in the restaurant was excellent. We left too early for breakfast so they made up packed breakfasts for us too. Some of the alcoholic drinks in the mini bar are free too! Bed was comfortable and the facilities were clean, tidy, modern and well kept. Parking right outside too."
