โรงแรมหรูใน ดาวน์ทาวน์ ซานฟรานซิสโก

"This hotel is what I expect from a high-end hotel; every detail considered, all staff attentive and knowledgeable. The food was excellent in the MKT restaurant, and the little snacks near the front desk were an unexpected delight. The room was spacious, bed very comfortable, bathroom well appointed, and the climate control excellent. "The hotel is gorgeous, clean, well maintained and situated in a great location. However, there were signs in the room specifying what you couldn’t take upon check-out, which was strange and unsettling especially at a luxury hotel. The hotel front desk staff wasn’t kind or caring; they didn’t care about your experience. The in-room food service was cold, disgusting and expensive. This hotel only offers a fitness room and two restaurants so there are not very many amenities. I wouldn’t stay here...

"Staffs are nice but doesnt feel like 5 star hotel in the room."

"It was great. Westin’s always get the job done. Impressed with the updates and new restaurant inside!"

"Very nice stats Room was clean and cozy bed. Staff is excellent. Great Location. Tough finding parking but that’s always a issue in a big city. Walking was easy . Great Restaurants to visit near by."
