"It’s a nice small inn for staying a couple of nights. The room must be recently renovated with a nice bathroom. The only surprise was that I booked with breakfast but the hotel only provided a simple breakfast ; coffee and toast. Otherwise you need to pay extra. I wish they stayed more information on their booking information regarding the breakfast options. To me it’s a little bit too cheap for them to operate their business in this way."

"Mani was an excellent host, very professional and passionate about the property. We stay in the annex rooms as visit a wedding near by. Room was modern, clean and beds very comfortable. Felt very spoilt as such a personal feel to the venue. Would defiantly return if going back to the area. "We had a wonderful stay. The staff was amazing. They bent over backwards to try to help are stay be the perfect experience. The food was great. The castle is truly an amazing place to stay. The grounds were immaculate as well. I want to mention one of the staff, Kayla by name, for her superb customer service and help. Everyone there showed how much they valued their guests. We would highly recommend Thornbury Castle to anyone who wants a very memorable stay."
