We loved staying here! Staff were so lovely and helpful. Our baby daughter loved the little cottage and walking around the beautiful grounds. A welcoming oasis close to Pisa, Livorno and tourist stuff.

We have stayed in numerous locations throughout Europe, but this has been our favorite stay so far. The accommodations are beautiful, unique with charm and character and yet exceptionally clean and modern. Elena from the front desk was fantastic. The breakfast was delicious and had a very nice quality & variety to it. This somewhat remote (12 mins from Rosignano Solvay-Castiglioncello) is quiet, well-maintained and has everything you need for a lovely vacation. There is a guest laundry on the premises that comes with soap and wash and dry for 7.5 Euro

Charming place of very high standard

Beautiful property with very high standard. Nice calm location. Majority NL, France, Germans (not much Italians which must be why there is no real barista coffee machine - only a ”office coffee machine with buttons”) Improvements; Warning for very hard beds. The Honesty bar a bit oversold - it’s just fridges next to reception (that you have to go to and report what you buy) - would have been much nicer to have a proper cafe with service

🌞 Ein traumhafter Familienurlaub im Herzen der Toskana! Wir haben 12 wundervolle Tage im Podere San Francesco verbracht – und es war wirklich sehr schön. Die Unterkunft war sauber und unser Appartement im typischen Toskana-Stil war ein echtes Highlight: charmant, gemütlich und mit viel Liebe zum Detail eingerichtet. Der Pool war ein absoluter Traum – groß, gepflegt und nie überfüllt, obwohl wir mitten in den Sommerferien dort waren. Es herrschte eine herrlich entspannte Atmosphäre, fast schon wie ein Geheimtipp abseits des Trubels. Für unsere Kinder war der kleine Spielplatz ein schöner Bonus. Zwar liegt er nicht im Schatten, aber morgens und abends war das Spielen dort ideal. Der Service! Das gesamte Team war stets gut gelaunt, herzlich und unglaublich zuvorkommend – man fühlte sich sofort willkommen und bestens aufgehoben. Wir haben das Frühstück dazu gebucht. Qualität der Lebensmittel war top, die Vielfalt okay, aber absolut ausreichend. Wir können den Podere San Francesco uneingeschränkt empfehlen und freuen uns schon jetzt auf ein Wiedersehen. Ein Ort, der Ruhe, Stil und Gastfreundschaft auf wunderbare Weise vereint! 🌻🇮🇹

Wir hatte die modernen Zimmer mit Küche und Terrasse. Es war alles sauber und das Frühstück hat uns gut gefallen. Die Anlage ist nicht überfüllt, schöner Pool, E- Ladesäule verfügbarkeit und der nächste Ort und Strand nicht weit entfernt. Super Ausgangspunkt für Tagesausflüge in der Toskana.

Eigentlich ein gutes Hotel bis auf die Sache mit den Preisen bei der Selbstbedienungsbar. 7 Euro für Mikrowellen essen ist für mich schon heftig,zahlt man in der Stadt im Restaurant für gutes Essen fast den selben Preis. Getränke ebenfalls sehr hohe Preise für Selbstbedienung, Bier 5 Euro , Softdrinks ebenfalls. Zimmer wird nur gegen Aufpreis gereinigt, 5 Euro pro Fahrrad ohne Gangschaltung für einen Tag,auch nur für wie in meinen Fall für 1 Stunde, Frühstück war super alles da was man braucht. Meer ist eigentlich nur mit Auto erreichbar. Für 2 bis 3 Tage ok. Zum Schluss meinte die Rezeptionistin ich sollte das Hotel mit 5 Sternen bewerten denn sie selbst würden sich 5 Sterne geben.

Die Anlage ist super gepflegt, das Team sehr herzlich und die Rezeption ist den ganzen Tag über besetzt. Man hat jederzeit einen Ansprechpartner. Wir hatten einen traumhaft schönen Urlaub, haben nette Menschen kennengelernt, unser Sohn hat gleich Freunde gefunden, und wir haben uns rundum wohl gefühlt. Besonders schön waren der große Pool (nie zu voll) und die nagelneue Cafeteria Honesty Bar, dort kann man sich 24 Stunden lang frischen Kaffee, Getränke, frische Backwaren oder ein Eis holen und am Automaten bezahlen. Top! Seit dieser Saison gibt es auch moderne Apartments, wir waren in einem klassischen Apartment im Toskana-Stil. Fußläufig gibt es ein gutes Restaurant Castle Mancini, die Supermärkte in Vada sind nur ein paar Autominuten entfernt. Dort gibt es auch weitere sehr leckere Restaurants. Relax tra i campi

La struttura è immersa nel verde, molto tranquilla con parcheggio. L'accoglienza é stata ottima, gentilezza e simpatia. Nel podere c'è una piscina all'aperto riscaldata molto grande, vari giochi per bambini, PING pong, calcio balilla. Gli appartamenti sono grandi puliti ed accoglienti, dispongono di tutto per un piacevole soggiorno ( fornetto elettrico, bollitore, TV led grandi, cucina con tutto l'occorrente , climatizzatori e riscaldamento) il bagnoo grande la camera da letto grande e comoda . La cucina soggiorno spaziosa . Consigliato per famiglie o per chi come me vuole rilassarsi dopo una giornata di lavoro.

mi è piaciuta la gentile accoglienza e la disponibilità il posto veramente rilassante peccato non ci sia per ora la possibilità di un punto di ristoro come un bar per colazione o aperitivo, ma comunque in fase di realizzazione ,problema in via di risoluzione. Bravi.
