"Over all the hotel was clean and well kept. Excellent location within a shortish walk to the Duomo. Plenty of dining and shopping options. The front desk and bar staff were excellent. My only complaint would be that the wait staff left something to be desired. They were in no certain rush to respond to requests. "

Our room was a great size, containing a small living room, a spacious bedroom and a very spacious bathroom as well; all very clean. The decor/atmosphere was welcoming for Italy, and the only thing I didn’t love was the stairs lol we put our bags in the small elevator with my husband and I trekked up the stairs, however it was a needed workout after all the carbs and cheese lol overall I would recommend this stay and the...

"The location is perfect. Easy walking distance to Duomo, Accademia, Uffizi, etc. We never even considered getting a cab. The room wasn't huge, few in Italy are, but it was big enough. Clean, comfortable, friendly and helpful staff. Big thumbs up!"
