"The staff was friendly and accommodating. For a place like Trinidad where decent and civil customer service is a foreign and unknown concept; Hyatt's service makes you feel like they're happy to have and accommodate you. This was our second time there as a family and it's solely because of that; and we'll be back for sure.

"For a quick bed and breakfast overnight stay, this place does the job. The rooms aren't bad, and the bed comfortable. The drive is about 10 minutes from the hotel. While they do offer hotel shuttle it was hard to identify the driver. Additionally, the person at the front desk isn't always there when needed. The breakfast was good. Overall its a place you can go to for your overnight stay. "

"My husband and I stayed for 10 nights. Absolutely enjoyed! Met a lot of nice people, from Trinidad and Tobago. We were there over Easter weekend, and school holidays.
Oceanfront, all rooms! Location is the best, turtle beach. Saw a turtle dropping her eggs on the beach !
This is a 3*, but the staff definitely add a star.
Shout out to Asst manager Jerome ( great guy), bar service Raul , Gabriel, Tennille! The gals at the grill, Nicole, Lakiesa, and Michem.

"It was an okay stay. Wifi did not work so I had to leave the resort to actually work on my laptop. Not very many dining options except for the Waves restaurant. No telephone in my room. When asked at the front desk the agent said she did not know why. Property needs some updating. Once updated I might visit again."
