But clearly they are short on staff and on supplies - during breakfast I had to get off my chair to find someone to get me some coffee- since it was not self served. "We had a lovely room, great location, pool is clean, drinks & food are very good. Unfortunately some of the serving staff are very slow or ignore you. I think they could triple their sales on food & liquor if they just trained or changed the staff? Front desk staff is excellent. Room was very well maintained & clean. Cleaning staff is very good. "

"Room was in good condition. Staff were extremely friendly and courteous and worked as best as they could within a the many flaws of the hotel. Ice machine broken, bar unmanned, room service every other day, ineffective communication between room and front desk (had to use WhatsApp) no tv (had to use your personal streaming like Netflix) and when it wasn’t working, no maintenance available until 11:00 pm that night.
