" There is nothing to lift one’s spirits than waking up with the view of ocean and natural sounds of birds sharing the island. The staff are warm and helpful and the rooms are cleaned each day. And after a scorching hot day there is a pool and a bar to wash away the stress of the day. Love it there."

The neighborhood did not seem safe, and there were no restaurants in close proximity, so a car is needed. Recommend for those not wanting to stay in Port of Spain. "The staff is kind, thoughtful, and knowledgeable. This is a small group of cabins on the side of a rainforestountain with natural pools and a 100 year old main house recently renovated. The food was delicious and healthy. But most of all, the staff was so generous when we were late for meal or needed help with the layout of the grounds. It's a place of magic and stillness. "
