"It was great staying there for my last business trip. When I first stepped in the hotel, I thought it was kind of old hotel; however, I like the room so much as it is very big and the facilities are good. The staffs are nice and always welcome for the guests. The location is superb - there is a taxi stand in front of the hotel. Also, the new train station is under construction - Bencoolen, once it is opened, it would be very convenient for the guests. The WIFI connection is stable....

"Generally excellent stay - very spacious and has everything you want in an aparthotel (washing machine, kitchen). One thing we noticed about the staff that came to clean - she cleaned the bathroom and took the trash, and then without washing her hands, put new towels out! We asked her for new ones (she still didn't wash her hands) and then declined cleaning for the rest of the time we were there. "
