Great location, nice facilities, neat apartment. It’s really 5 stars, but deducting one because: 1. Have to run the tap/shower for a full 5 minutes to get hot water and 2. Aircon can’t really set, the space is at a chilly 20 degrees no matter what. Have to switch off the aircon to obtain a more agreeable temperature. For a place that constantly reminds it guests of its greening efforts, that just won’t do. Oh and the breakfast is overpriced.

i have stayed in this serviced hotel many times. The personnel there are great. However, the shower room door is of poor design since it's prone to leaking shower water into the bathroom floor. The bathroom floor mat/towel cannot be lay flat in front of the shower room.

Very pleasant stay at this hotel. The front desk personnel is extremely helpful - much better than other serviced condos in Singapore. Would definitely book this hotel again. However, the SGD$30 breakfast is a bit steep since there are not many items you can choose.

We loved the space this property offered us. The room was clean, tidy and the bedding was comfortable. There are plenty of dining options within walking distance with a great atmosphere. There are 3 MRT stations within walking distance, each offering different lines.

The Hotel staff were kind and receptive to our requests. They kept the hotel room clean and was always in a tidy state. The view that we had was facing the city with a view of the Singapore grand prix circuit, loved our stay at Pan Pacific serviced suites.

Wonderful Stay in a Perfect Location!

We had a lovely stay at this hotel. The room was quiet, spacious, and beautifully appointed, offering a comfortable retreat after a long day. Our only minor issue was the noticeable temperature difference between the main room and the bedroom, which required some adjustment. While the hotel itself doesn’t offer breakfast, they directed us to their connected sister hotel, which has a breakfast buffet. The buffet was convenient but fairly average in quality. Overall, the stay was enjoyable, and we appreciated the peaceful and well-designed accommodations.

Good things - location, swimming pool, staff Not so great - there is a lot of construction around which is a little unsightly, also the sofa in the living area is a sofa bed and not very comfortable as a sofa. Communication was great- they were receptive to emails sent beforehand regarding check in. Staff helpful Once we were there. Useful To have a washing machine. Swimming pool Has good views and wasn’t too busy.

Really lovely modern serviced apartments. Well equipped and cleaned daily. Top floor pool is fabulous. We were very happy with our room and the amenities. Staff is professional, friendly and helpful. Short walk to bus stop and MRT. Right across the street from the wonderful shops and cafes in Kampong Glam. The entrance is a bit tricky to find and the construction outside is a small headache, but overall this is a great place to stay and a very good value. Would stay here again.
