Top Singapore Hotel Reviews

PARKROYAL COLLECTION Pickering, Singapore
10/10 Excellent
"The room was great facing the way of the pool, green and can see the city. There was some weird smell coming from the fridge and there were some marks above the bathroom tub which I reported but never got sorted. Other than that room was a great size and everything I needed. Staff were helpful when I needed help around the hotel and were quick with getting drinks. The infinity pool was great to swim and relax in even though there were lots of children (it’s half term/school holidays so it was expected). The hotel is perfectly located in Chinatown so it was easy to walk to many locations and attractions, also was connected great with subway and roads. Lastly the breakfast selection was amazing and had different kiosks. There was not enough staff for the amount of tables and would be good if they also had a set menu you could choose from."

"Hotel location is superb for using the MRT to get around and see Singapore (which is 1st class...efficient, safe, clean and cheap). 20th floor pool is great, would recommend a club room for the 2 hour evening window, especially if you like a drink as alcohol is premium priced in Singapore. Rooms are comfortable, albeit the styling is more functional business than relaxed holiday. Staff all really friendly and helpful."

Village Hotel Sentosa by Far East Hospitality

"The hotel wan clean and the staff were amazing. The adventure pool was under maintenance when we visited which was a shame but there were other pools specially for kids. We found that the hotel was situated central to everything and most places are easily accessible."

Crowne Plaza Changi Airport by IHG

"Long line up to check in. Almost a half an hour. Only two staff doing check in for non loyalty program guests. Staff have to relay too much information verbally. Information that should be on a information sheet in the room. Plus forms to fill in. The check in process needs to be streamlined so that it does not take 10+ minutes per guest."

The Fullerton Hotel Singapore
10/10 Excellent
"First impressions are important, and we were ready to write the hotel off after we were told at check-in that there would be a planned power outage from 12am-5am the first night we were there. (Would've appreciated a heads-up prior to us checking in.) That said, Lina tried to mitigate the inconvenience with complimentary dining credit (although our package already came with dining credit) and a late checkout. Everything else was great. The room was spacious, albeit old, and the bathtub was one of the biggest I've seen in hotel rooms. Amenity requests were also quickly attended to, and it was service with a smile each time. Food-wise, Town Restaurant did not disappoint for both breakfast buffet and ala carte options. That aside, special mention must be made of the service rendered by Zain at Town Restaurant, and Mary, our room attendant. We met Zain at dinner the first night, and breakfast on the third morning. Both times, we received exemplary service from him. He checked in on us often without being intrusive, and even shared a few tips on what to order (and how to order) to get the best-tasting dishes (like a nice, soft breakfast omelette). As for Mary, we were pleasantly surprised to return to a room that had not only been tidied, but also had towel swans on the bed, cable tie organisers for our cables on the bedside tables, and even a bookmark for my book! So, quite honestly, check-in woes aside, we would be very happy to return to the Fullerton again in future."
