"Breakfast is the worst part of this property- don’t spend the extra money to buy breakfast. Parking is minimal but we never had an issue finding parking. About a 10 min drive to Disney. They should consider having a Disney shuttle to and from the hotel. Pool is basic but ok. Rooms are a bit run down. "I’m actually usually a very empathetic understanding and not too picky person when it comes to hotels. And I would normally not give such a low review because the hotel was pretty good otherwise, and I would’ve given it four stars. However they really should not be allowed to have “pool and hot tub” on the list of amenities. Like other reviewers (I noticed much too late by looking at Google reviews when I was already on my way to the hotel and too late to cancel) have said, it’s very deceiving....

"I recently stayed at this hotel, and my experience was extremely disappointing. When I checked into my room, I found stains on the bed cover. I notified the front desk and requested clean bedding. Instead of having a staff member change the sheets, my son was told to do it himself. I found this to be unprofessional and unacceptable.
