"I paid for the balcony room and they did not have anything available so I was forced to stay in a twin double bed on my birthday. They did not try to accommodate me at all. All they said was to call Expedia and let them figure it out. The room smelled like cigarettes and I have asthma. As soon as when I went in the room. I quickly left out. I asked for a refund and they said there's nothing that they can do for me. The pictures and what the hotel looks like do not match this hotel is more like a...

"The place was not clean at all. My bed had tons of hair from the previous customer. I called house keeping and they came immediately to change the sheets. But even the new sheets were dirty and had hair."

"This is a renovated hotel with very minimal amenities. There are hidden fees as the reviews state. On top of the nightly, you'll pay an extra $35 per day so keep that in mind when you book. You pay the hidden fees first, then find out its all self check in from the front door, elevator, to your room door. We walked in and the girl at the front desk doesn't greet you. She was on the phone with her daughter the entire time. The room was passing as far as cleanliness. Picture are deceiving. Outside...

"(1) the conditioner bottle was empty for the first two nights of our stay; (2) two of the three pillows didn’t have pillowcase; (3) took several calls (spanning at least 12 hours period) to just get 2 clean bath towels; (4) room decor is poor. It clearly lacks of the basic services as a normal hotel, besides no front desk."

"Worst Hotel Experience Ever! Absolutely terrible experience from start to finish. The service was awful, the employees were rude and unprofessional, and the amenities were dirty and poorly maintained. To make matters worse, the elevators were incredibly slow. The overall lack of cleanliness, customer service, and basic hospitality was unacceptable. I would not recommend this hotel to anyone and will definitely never stay here again!"

"For the price I paid this was perfect! Clean, safe and close to a subway station! Perfect for adults who need a place to rest while visiting Manhattan or Brooklyn!"

"It was in the middle of Korean town with lots of restaurants and shopping was across the street. The hotel was mediocre. I am used to Hilton’s and it was nothing compared to that, but it was clean. The breakfast was very poor, but the staff was excellent."
