"Despite booking 5 months in advance of the trip the owner did not communicate any information regarding the booking. The "reception" is unmanned despite the advert saying it is manned between 5pm and 11pm. I tried to contact the owner on the number provided and got sent to an answer phone. Great. The messaging service on Hotels.com also yielded no results. The very helpful bar staff over the road phoned the owner for me, where I found out they had forgotten my reservation. "Great value hotel in Touquet. Clean room, decent size, comfortable beds. Free parking is available but can get busy on weekends and holidays. The hotel is a little far from the beach (20mn walk) but we like the location between city and quieter forest area. Limited amenities though, reflecting the low price."

"Check in was efficient and friendly. We were travelling with bikes and secure storage was offered without asking. The room was clean and spacious and the Air Conditioning was a welcome relief from the high temperatures we had been experiencing. Water coolers were also placed on each floor which was very considerate. I would definitely stay here again."

"Beautiful hotel with lovely gardens, staff very friendly, we had the Pink room, which was lovely and had views over the gardens, parking is just outside the hotel The food was excellent and it was such a beautiful evening we ate outside on the terrace the staff were very attentive"
