this is not worth the price they charge without breakfast 267 euros for a very small cramped room breakfast is 20 euros each for a very very basic breakfast room was clean and some staff more friendly than others

Good location but wouldn’t stay again

Towel rail fell off the wall above the toilet had anyone been going to the toilet at that time it would have been a hospital visit. We did inform reception who said it would be fixed the next day, it wasn’t. Found a lighter in the house robe. Also a hair clip under the bed. It was a good location for waking into le Touquet. Coffee pods in room were always half full for some reason. Never enough toilet roll either. Bedding is tired. Soap had run out too. They do have bikes but not a seat for children or bikes for children so we couldn’t use these.

Le cadre de l'hotel et de la chambre sont très bien, mais le personnel était complètement dépassé... Petit-dejeuner désorganisé avec longue attente ... Chaque matin vers 9h le personnel rentre ds votre chambre pr faire la chambre... (euh nous sommes là...) + Aspirateur des parties communes (couloir) à 9h... pendant le weekend du 11novembre. Le shampoing des couloirs devait pouvoir attendre le mercredi ou le jeudi après le 11 novembre.

Hôtel très confortable et calme. Accueil chaleureux. Restaurant de qualité. Seul bémol : comme dans beaucoup d’hôtels aujourd’hui il n’y a plus de plateaux pour le petit déjeuner ce qui entraîne des va-et-vient incessants et un certain inconfort.

Kamer modern en alle nodige faciliteiten. Zeer mooi hotel. Propere kamer, enkel details zoals achter lavabo niet zo proper. Ontbijt ok, niet heel uitgebreid ik miste a la carte eitjes bijvoorbeeld. Personeel zeer vriendelijk. Restaurant ook zeer lekker, beperkte kaart als je meerdere keren daar wilt eten.

Excellent séjour

Séjour de Lune de miel parfait ! Nous avons été très bien accueilli. L’emplacement dans la forêt est idéal pour les balade et le centre ville est facilement accessible en vélo. Grand parking. Les extérieurs sont bien. Enfin la piscine et le sauna sont parfait pour se détendre.

Séjour au Touquet

Le point contrariant du séjour concerne la borne de recharge pour la voiture électrique qui est annoncée comme disponible sur le site de l'hôtel et qui en réalité est extérieure à l'hôtel. Ca change tout quand on imagine pouvoir recharger sa voiture pendant la nuit ou durant les moments passés à l'hôtel. C'est dommage car ce critère faisait partie des raisons pour lesquelles cet endroit avait été retenu. Pour le reste, le site est très agréable, la partie extérieure vraiment sympa, le personnel plutôt très agréable (même si inégal).
