"Valet staff were terrific, front desk not so much. Didn't like that nothing was was free- except air we breathe everything was charged. Simply include in the overall price, so I don't have to go through the humiliation of getting evicted for sitting absently under an umbrella. Beach view was incrdedible, the sand was gorgeous, the wildlife was remarkable. Hawaii is truly a special place."

"Getting an umbrella or chair to enjoy the beach was near impossible. A third party handles all beach rentals and activities. They are serving the general public and guests of other hotels as well as Kaanapali Beach Resort. This meant by 9:00am all rentals were taken for the day. If you wanted to enjoy the pool there was zero shade. If you're coming to Hawaii to enjoy the water, this is NOT the hotel to stay at."

"Very beautiful property overall and great location! The one bedroom suite was perfect for our family of 4 with two teens. Really loved the restroom in our suite. Huge and had some nice upgrades like motion censored lights when you entered. The outside walking path was wonderful along the coast, and we took advantage of that. Staff was extremely helpful and I left a ballcap one day at the beach and one of the beach staff members kept it safe for me. Our 16 year old also lost her AirPod case which...

"Good place in a good location, very nice garden and pool area. Easy to get to, and easy to get to other places. If it wasn't for the cockroaches in the room, it would have been a great place."

"Perfect beach view. We got to see whales everyday from our balcony! Binoculars are a plus. Only complaint would be the bed was uncomfortable and the pool needed to be cleaned. Loved everything else! "
