"First and foremost the Royal Lahaina staff is PERFECTION! Everyone was always positive. Positive is an umbrella and every word you can think of to go under it describes the staff. Upton arrival the valet helped with our bags, gave the children and us gorgeous necklaces and check-in was quick!
