Hilton Grand Vacations in Kihei is a beautiful new property steps away from the beach. We greatly enjoyed our room, which had a high-tech kitchen, washer/dryer, large flat screen TVs, lanai with ocean view, and a rainwater shower head. The property has 3 hot tubs and multiple pools, including an adults-only pool with refreshing waterfalls, and a fun-for-everyone waterslide. The bar onsite is great for a pina colada and has live music a couple nights a week. Guests can walk across the street at a crosswalk to access the beach, a hot tub, another pool, and the restaurant/bar, which serves delicious food and beverages (highly suggest the potstickers, chicken wings, burgers, and old fashioned). The staff was helpful and courteous. We would definitely stay here again.

The resort was excellent. The only downside was the beach. The property is across the street from the beach and the beach isn’t that nice. Fortunately there are nice beaches just a short drive away.

We will most definitely be returning to this Hilton hotel the next time we visit Maui. My wife and I brought our four young children to stay a week in this resort and were loved it! The resort is located within 30 minutes of many attractions and restaurants we enjoyed visiting. The resort staff and swimming pools were amazing! The property was very clean and well maintained. My only consideration is the dining options at the resort. The “Grab and Go” kitchen was way over priced for the food and drinks. We paid for our room plus breakfast, but all we were allowed to order was breakfast sandwiches. The sandwiches tasted great as they were handmade on an English muffin with cheddar cheese, scrambled eggs, and choice of meat (bacon, sausage, or ham). The coffee was ok and there’s a couple Aloha drinks you could get. Desire great flavor, when it comes to those few options, it doesn’t pairs well with small children. I believe an alternative solution would be to allow guests to order from the menu for any items at equal or lesser value than the breakfast sandwiches. For example, if the sandwiches cost $16 and so do pancakes, we should be allowed to choose pancakes or sandwiches. Lastly, my only complaint about the hotel was the lack of ice machines and access to filtered water. The only option we had was to fill up our water bottles from an ice water dispenser, much like what you’d see at a picnic. Definitely not conducive for kids spending long days at the pool or exploring.

Our stay at Hilton Grand Vacations Club Maui Bay Villas was truly outstanding from beginning to end. Every member of the staff made us feel welcomed and cared for — from the gentleman who graciously assisted with our luggage, to the incredibly patient and accommodating woman at the front desk, to the friendly and helpful concierge team. The villa itself was absolutely beautiful, with every detail thoughtfully designed for comfort and relaxation. The amenities were fantastic and added so much to the overall experience. What made this stay especially unique was the genuine warmth and attentiveness of the staff, who consistently went above and beyond in ways that felt personal rather than routine. Combined with the peaceful atmosphere, beautiful surroundings, and exceptional accommodations, it created an experience that felt far more special than a typical resort stay. All things considered, this was the nicest and most enjoyable stay we have ever experienced, and we are incredibly grateful for the hospitality we received.
