Clean and neat room, close to nearby restaurants and to the beach. Friendly staff and they call you before closing the office to see if you need anything.
Great place to relax and enjoy pool and the beach. Very quiet and peaceful, we stayed during week days and it was very nice and like I said very relaxing.
The staff at the front desk was courteous, friendly, and helpful. The unit was really clean and organized. Every room was immaculate. I will definitely stay here again.
This hotel was perfect for my party of 5. The adjoining rooms made for a great apartment. The location in Kihei was so convenient, and the view of the ocean from our rooms

My wife and I were not impressed with the Aston. Their parking is quite difficult as ~75% of their spots are reserved, but spread all over so each time was a hunt, and their 3-tier parking garage (as well as the road past each of their buildings) are designed without any ability to easily turn around. The room seemed well cleaned, but was showing signs of aging, such as loose carpeting and rotting bottoms of kitchen cabinets; It could use some updating. Overall, it was a good home base for adventuring around the island, but not a place itself in which we would want to spend much time.
I would definitely book again. The room was fantastic. The staff was amazing. Location was great! The grounds were beautiful. 10/10 would recommend !!!
Very friendly front desk staff, free parking that’s adjacent to the rooms. The room was excellent with two full bathrooms and a full kitchen with everything you need. Nice full length balcony. Easy walk to beach and restaurants. Would stay again!
Literally across a small street from a golden beach on the ocean! Meticulously maintained, a spotless studio with a full kitchen stocked with every imaginable item, not to mention a brand new GE FL washer & dryer. We'd go back there tomorrow.
Was a beautiful place we only booked it for one night and we really loved it there so we booked another night just in a different room but still equally wonderful staff was great. Property was beautiful.
We enjoyed our stay. The only drawback was that our view overlooked the back parking lot. But, I must say, the reserved parking space was a big plus. On our previous stays, we always had to hunt for a parking spot. This time around, we had a reserved space, which was a big plus.
Wonderful property and exemplary front desk and housekeeping staff. We had an absolutely beautiful partial view of the ocean and felt very spoiled in our room here. There was a water shutoff that happened in the morning and the hotel accommodated a complomentary late checkout which I was so appreciative of. All front desk staff had such warm, friendly attitudes. The only thing I will say is that if you are scent sensitive, like me, you might have a bit of a rough go here. I am extremely scent sensitive and the moment I came in the room I got a massive headache. I'm not sure if it was the sanitizer they use, a cleaning chemical or some sort of furniture deoderizer, but I had to wipe down alot of things in the kitchen and have the balcony doors wide open so that I could be in the living room area. The shampoo, hand soap, etc are heavily scented as well. I mention this as I stay in hotels frequently and have never run into this issue before, so just want to give the scent sensitive people a heads up! But please know that this property and the people are absolutely amazing so if you don't have this issue, this is a fabulous place to stay that is so close to the beach, shopping, restaurants.
Room space for 4 people was more than sufficient. There is no elevator but stairs didn't bother us. We packed light so the short stair climb was manageable. Beach access is within walking distance. Restaurants, groceries, cafes, ABC store are also walking distance. It was a pleasurable experience overall.
though the view was not of the ocean it was only a short walk away. The room and kitchen living room were well appointed and suitable for our 12 nights well spent.
We have stayed at Maui Banyan several times we always love the property because it’s close to restaurants and shopping and the beach. I would always choose to stay there when staying in Kihei.
