The room was clean and staff were pleasant and helpful.. the only annoying thing was the pitty full amount of milk that was left in the fridge for my arrival coffee.. a well posted reception night light would be good too i was from out of town and didn't know my way around..

Clean and comfortable but getting tired. Room was dark, needed more lighting particularly when trying to work at the desk. Secure, dry parking. Easy walk into the CBD where you will find lots of eating places and entertainment.

Very friendly and efficent staff, both at checkin and check out. Recently renovated room, very comfortable and quiet, nicely furnished. The only negatives I had were very minor. The spa pool was still being renovated and was closed. I slso prefer the Sky channels to the free ones in NZ, which wern't offered. The TV set however was fairly large and modern and logging on to streaming apps or chromecast with my credentials was very easy and that is what I did. Long story short, nice motel and very happy to recommend.

The other reviews made this hotel sound terrible, but it was fine. Nothing amazing, but room was similar standard to an Ibis, and very friendly staffl. Also, the breakfast was very good for the price.

Great place to stay, close enough to walk to town. Clean and comfy although a bit dated and old but they are renovating. Would recommend letting people know when booking that you are renovating so they are aware. Pool and spa were not available for use (unclean). Staff were friendly and helpful.
