"Close to Birmingham New Street train station, great! Rooms have a more modern style, which is cool! Breakfast area is really nice and the menu served is fresh. There is a small store next to the hotel opened 24 h too! My bed sheets were stained, so it was somewhat uncomfortable, but I would come back still. Recommended in overall! "

"Friendly check in with Dylan and Aiden. Modern style hotel, very spacious. With a health club and spa which we didn’t have time to use but we could see people arriving to make use of. Good size restaurant and bar area. Menu a little limited for the restaurant but it was okay. Room was clean and spacious. Bathroom clean although shower not very powerful. It was an overnight stop so more than okay for that. Staff were friendly and helpful. "

"Lovely to have the garden view and to be on the ground floor as there is no lift. Very peaceful location at a reasonable price. My first choice when I stay in Redditch."

"Place stinks of swaety BO in lots of areas including the bar/restaurant. Stood waiting at the bar to order food for a good 10 mins before going out to a takeaway. As i was leaving reception guy offered to serve me but swerved it at that point. I'm guessing its in a spiral of no customers because of poor service/no staff. No staff/poor service as there are not many customers. Rooms are fine and it was cheap but wouldn't stay again "
