I liked the location of the hotel and how it was conveniently located by a couple of popular bus routes. The shuttle to the hotel was convenient. The check in and check out process was easy.

This place was huge by Japanese standards. It’s basically a full apartment. Convenient location with a grocery store and several conveniences stores near by. Bus stop right outside the apartment made getting around Kyoto easy. Having a washing machine in the room was a game changer. We’d definitely stay here again. Worth noting that check in is at a different location and the property itself is self service but they supply anything you’d need to have a comfortable stay. They even shuttle you to the property after check in which saved a few bucks on a taxi.

Rooms were quite big compare to tokyo hotel. Property were clean & looks new too. Best thing is Super market,711,lawson stores just acrosss the Property as well as bus stops.

I stayed at Resi Nishijin in Kyoto with my family of 4 and the room was big and well equipped. Clean and beds were comfortable. The washing machine was handy and the space was appreciated. The area whilst quiet is connected well with buses. There is a bus stop right outside. It is about 25mins walk to the golden pavilion. It is a 20-25min bus ride back to Kyoto Station and about 3600 Yen via taxi to the Station as Buses don’t allow big luggages on board - although I saw many foreigners do this during our bus ride. Get an all day bus pass for 1100 yen - good value. Google maps works well to help get you around. If you prefer to be closer to Kyoto station - then this isn’t the place for you but we appreciated the space of the room so it worked for us. Staff at reception were nice and we had a free shuttle to the hotel but had to book a taxi for our ride back to Kyoto station after checkout. Plenty of nice places to eat around the hotel and supermarket across the street. Lifts were available too.

You cannot beat the price for this hotel/apartment. It had everything we needed, was clean, and spacious...and exactly as pictured on the site. The only downside (which is very minor) is that the check-in is at a separate location, which is in walking distance of Kyoto station, which is where you will most likely be arriving anyway. The staff was SUPER kind and friendly - and they shuttle you right to your apartment/hotel suite, which is great and the building we were in was modern, clean and fantastic. This is a great find for the most reasonable price we booked in Japan.

The check in was easy and the reception staff was helpful and accommodating they even provided a shuttle for us and our luggage to the hotel as it is in a different location. They will even hold your luggage if check in is not ready. Hotel room was nice and clean and a bus stop was right outside. Highly recommend!!!

The staff is super friendly and helpful, the check in process was very easy and the room was very spacious for 5 adults and a little kitchen with basic utensils and supermarket just infront of the hotel, also the bus stop is right outside of the hotel so very convenient. The process to get to your room is long, but the staff are super friendly. Price was right for what was described. We took our shoes off in the room as instructed, but the carpet was pretty dirty looking; a good cleaning of the carpet or a refresh with new carpet would be great. Little kitchen was nice, bathroom and shower room were nice, and the balcony was helpful for drying our clothes (there is a washer dryer combo in the room, but the drying part really doesn’t dry your clothes…You will need to lay your clothes flat in your room or hang them outside to dry). Overall, good experience.

Good stay with large rooms. Plenty of restaurants and a Supermarket nearby. Although far from the centre of town the public transportation made travel super easy. Just make sure to buy an IC card at the JR station.

A large clean place with all the amenities. Very quiet. Close to the great public transportation of Kyoto. Close to supermarkets and small restaurants. Walking distance (1/2 hr) to the Royal Kyoto Palace. Highly recommended

Very accessible location with several buses just outside the hotel. Groceries stores, 7/11 and restaurants are nearby (2 mins walk). The hotel is very clean with all the basic necessities provided for bathroom, kitchen and washing machine. A very secure place to stay and ideal for families with small children.

I LOVED this location. Check in process was okay due to the offsite check in BUT it was easy to get to from the Kyoto station and they provided a shuttle service to our hotel. The hotel was in the cutest area, a lot of great food spots near by and lots of public transport. Grocery store close to us and quick places to eat. Lobby smelled great and our rooms were super clean.

En general todo estuvo muy bien, muy limpio y espacioso. Lo único es que el check in se tiene que realizar en otro lugar, eso nos causó confusión ya que no fueron claras las instrucciones y nos perdimos al no saber a donde teníamos que llegar, además que al principio nos dio desconfianza hacer la check in en otro lugar.
