"The staff were very patient, friendly, and accommodating. They were very hospitable. I enjoyed my stay here. There are a lot of monkeys on the resort fyi but they don’t bother the guests. The WiFi wasn’t as strong in my room but other than that I enjoyed my stay."

"I spent 11 days at the resort and was thoroughly impressed by the customer service, attentiveness, cleanliness, and overall resort performance. In particular, there were several people that went above and beyond to include Sabina and Catherine in the dining hall; bartender Paul and multiple other drink servers; and managers Mercer and Defence. I was also impressed with the Spa, in so much I had four spa services. Although the spa is somewhat small for a resort this size, that didn’t take away...

"The pool side was comfortable. The beach was on site perfectly. Everyone was welcoming. Room were clean. Bathrooms clean. Access to bathroom tissues, hand washing stations, hand towels. Staff was kind and friendly. Buffet always full and stacked. I would absolutely go back to this hotel. What an experience. "
