"Bis zum Tag der Abreise war alles Bestens.
Check out ist schon um 10 Uhr, ab da gilt auch das All Inclusive nicht mehr.
Ausser Wasser muss man dann an dem Tag bis zum Flughafen Transfer alles sehr teuer bezahlen.
So etwas haben wir vorher noch nie erlebt und wir reisen sehr viel in allen Teilen der Welt"

"So disappointed in the service here. Staff were not well trained - did not listen - were unwilling to assist. Our room was not made up daily - even though we asked. Food was sparse and was not anywhere close to what was expected based on our research. The fact that we had to pay for our food when we used room service - was insane. This is an All Inclusive after all. Would NOT recommend"

"The lush greenery around the property is appealing. However, there was confusion over the reservation, which took a while to sort out. Gaining access to the room, we discovered there were no towels. It took us three calls to reception and an hour and a half wait before receiving the towels."

"I had such a great trip there. the resort is lovely and well managed. give full points for cleanliness, friendly and helpful staffs. the private beach is wonderful as well as the security made me feel safe all time of my stay. One thing I'd like to suggest the hotel, you'd probably find ways to relay the water pipeline as currently the water pipeline laid over the roof making guests' shower during the day time is impossible. it was hot like a boiling water. I was arriving there in late afternoon...
