"The customer service was great although the staff at the buffet dining restaurant can do better to check on needs of the guests promptly. We had to always wave them down. The rooms were always kept clean and have all the you need for the trip. The A team which is responsible for entertainment was the absolute highlight of the trip. The New Years celebrations was epic. By far the best hotel in Mombasa. I have been to 3 others. If you have kids, this is the go to place. Shout out to Ephantus the restaurant manager and Bedan the reservations manager."

"Booked last minute and was so pleasantly surprised by Diani Sea Lodge. The staff were beyond helpful and friendly, the atmosphere is relaxed yet with plenty of entertainment and the food was exceptional (we are still talking about how good it was). The room was spacious and comfortable with every amenity available. Would definitely recommend staying here if you’re in Diani. "
