"The room was clean and spacious for Israel. Staff were all extremely helpful and kind. The Israeli breakfast was something special, with fresh fruit, vegetables, salads, fish, hot entrees, and baked goods of all sorts. The self-serve cappuccino machines were appreciated. Best feature for a Jerusalem hotel was the outdoor pool - grande! and a small pool for children and a little play area. This was in addition to a large indoor swimming pool and a good indoor gym."

"There is separation between men and women in the Hammam, breakfast and fish restaurant were not good. The hotel is aging and not well maintained. Very poor value for money."
