"This was a really beautiful place to stay, but the front office was just awful. No help or information whatsoever in trying to accommodate the guests in information about the hotel, the surrounding area and things to do in the hotel. In addition, one day our room was not cleaned and the front desk didn’t want to compensate in any manner except that they were “sorry”. Didn’t even offer anything to help rectify the mistake."

"There was a mixup between Travelocity/Expedia and The White Cabins on our reservation. However the owner and staff of "The White Cabins - View" did an amazing job of moving reservations and accommodating our family on this international trip.
