"My father and I just had a recent stay at Hotel Borg for three nights. We were very upset with the service from the housekeeping staffs looking after our room. When we first arrived to our room, we found out that our welcome fruit basket was empty. That was not what we expected to see at a (5-star?) luxury hotel (as stated on the hotel’s own website). We called and asked about that and the staff came to our room with some fruits in the plastic bags and handed that to us. On the next day after...

"the entry is very nice and I was happy to hear parking was NOT an additional cost. I wish there was a better review by front staff of the hotel layout or amenities. Room specifically bathroom was very well done with bath and shower. Did not love interior room that looks out to the restaurant or that my coffee in the room didnt work. It was nice of staff to offer me free coffee in lobby and to come to room to look at coffee machine. Overall was fine for 1 day away from city chaos."

"Nice hotel, great location, walkable to everything. The only issue we had was the shower. It is so tiny and the door doesn’t ensure that you don’t get water everywhere. I understand the efficiency of the size for the space, vut they definitely need a better door system.
Everything else was wonderful! Loves the bar on the roof!"
