"Was there 4 nights. Everything else was good except for the wi-fi in my room #716 where they couldn' t fix the wi-fi problem which was on and off for the first three nights and they kept saying that there's nothing wrong. It s quite annoying after a long day outing and back to my room with no wi-fi connection. Had to go sit at the hall way to get wifi connection sometime."

Friendly v helpful staff
Lovely breakfast we paid for included when we booked. wE didnt have time to try out spa area but other guests said it was lovely.
V convenient for main shopping area and plenty of food places near by. Good bus service."

"Originally we only planned to stay here one night but airline cancellations required us to stay an additional three nights. Staff at the hotel were able to accommodate our needs and actually provided a room upgrade. There is some construction going on that affected parking but everything else was great. Pictures don't do it justice. The complimentary breakfast could be improved by adding a few more selections (eggs, bacon) but I'm sure this is just an American expectation. To be fair, there was...

"Vom 5 Hotels auf Island, war dies bisher das schlechteste. Es hatte eher den Charakter eines Hostels.
- sehr hellhörig
- Zimmer konnte nicht richtig abgedunkelt werden, da die Vorhänge nicht die Lampe des Balkons abdecken konnte
- der Zustand des Badezimmers lies zu wünschen übrig, teilweise waren Löcher in den Fliesen, die Handbrause ist scheinbar demontiert worden, die Fugen waren sehr schwarz und die Dusche wirkte nicht gereinigt
- ich verstehe, dass das Frühstück nicht eingepackt werden...

"The location is very central to downtown Reykjavik. Everything is within reasonable walking distance. We told the hotel that we were there for our engagement and the hotel accommodated us with pastries and rose petals. The bar and restaurant was very delicious. If you bring a car the parking is a little confusing and tight but very reasonable."
