"The Majestic Elegance was a beautiful resort. We were club and had a butler Osvaldy who made our trip even better then expected. Hotel was beautiful rooms comfortable, beach was beautiful. Food and drinks were good. Staff are amazing."

Servers from the swim up bars Rual I think was his name was awesome and fun:) There where some language barriers when ordering food in some places(Mexican restaurant) Wrong food and drinks multiple times but expected. Very smooth checking in and out. The people over all were very pleasant and helpful. Would stay again."
