"No hooks in the bathroom to hang robes. When you turn the bathroom light on, since the doors are glass it lights up the whole bed area. Very annoying if your partner gets up in the middle of the night the whole bed gets illuminated"

"We really enjoyed our stay at Second Nature. It has a modern and ‘homey’ feel to it; my teenage son loved sleeping in the loft bed which was so cozy and comfortable. It was great having a kitchen and especially appreciated having laundry facilities downstairs. Check in was easy and the desk staff members were all so helpful throughout our stay. Highly recommend this hotel to anyone wanting comfort (vs. a luxury marble lobby type of hotel experience)."

"Nice country style hotel. Surrounded by good open spaces. Dog friendly rooms, with also an on site dog wash (we wish we’d taken our dog). Good terrace to sit on with a drink from the bar in the original building. Didn’t eat dinner in the restaurant, but was slightly overrun at breakfast. Early check ins and late check outs are charged as extras."

"The room (especially the bathroom) was tired and needs a refurb. Room could have done with a mini fridge and hotel would have benefited from a daytime shop selling sandwiches, drinks and such. Spa was good and swimming pool warm though it had a section taped off which was not ideal. Breakfast could have been better, a decent coffee machine offering Lattes, Americano etc rather than flasks of dreadful coffee. Sausages not best quality We enjoyed the stay but overall hotel needs a revamp."

Had to contact Hilton to get this added to the app. Online check in denied as they ‘needed to check ID’, despite this being ticked green as I had done this before at this same hotel. My partner and I were arriving at separate times, so I had to contact the hotel again to get her name added (despite being named as person checking in on Expedia). When she arrived, she was made to feel awkward and told they will do it ‘just this once’ and that...
