"Avis mitigé parce qu l'endroit est magnifique, reposant, bien décoré. le personnel est adorable mais quelques désagréments à l'arrivée : Découverte de notre réservation à notre arrivée. télévision en panne, aucun produit dans la salle de bains. Aucune modification n'a été apporté. Vu le standing et la beauté du lieu, un accueil personnalisé aurait aussi été apprécié. Le séjour s'est très bien passé, pas de restauration sur place. Le calme et le charme du château sont des atouts très...

"Beware: This is a ghost hotel with absentee owner/staff. Unresponsive to email, and phone calls. Very limited check in availability. No air conditioning or ceiling fans. And an inflexible cancellation period - 7 days!!"

"Diervriendelijk was voor ons zeker een pluspunt. Het is netjes en winkels op wandelafstand. De services was zeer goed en ze waren heel vriendelijk. Wel jammer dat de honden niet buiten mogen (aan het zwembad) maar zeker begrijpelijk door het kunstgras. We raden deze plaats zeker aan."

"La Bonne Planque is totally unique. Staying here was one of the best experiences we have had on our Europe trip. The setting right on the canal was beautiful and the perfect stop for cyclists on the Canal du Midi. Our host made us feel so welcome. We had delicious local food and wine for our evening meal and a lovely breakfast."

"What a gorgeous stay at a beautiful chateau. We had the most peaceful stay here - very welcoming staff who were so friendly. We felt incredibly special and well looked after, and cooked for. The air conditioning and cool room were so well appreciated in the heat wave. The property is gorgeous, quiet and so relaxing. It was a perfect stop off on our trip."

"Increadibly basic, but ok for a stop over. However, the bathroom door would not shut and the toilet seat was broken, otherwise it was reasonable. Check in and out was easy!"

"Les chambres sont spacieuses et refaites, malheureusement la propreté n'est pas au rendez-vous. Malgré les efforts faits par le gérant pour nous satisfaire et nous délivrer une chambre familiale adaptée à deux jeunes enfants, l'expérience reste mitigée. L'espace jeux d'enfants extérieur n'est pas praticable et la piscine mal entretenue. L'hôtel est plutôt un lieu de travailleurs de passage qu'un lieu familial."
