Claude the owner was obliging to all requests, even providing an area to enjoy the Rugby World Cup and also the terrace where we enjoyed a drink or two. Our 6 rooms all overlooked the Midi Canal thus we enjoyed the ambience of this famous waterway area.

We had an overnight stay at hotel du canal after a week on a boat. It was a haven of quiet, calm and rest. It is near to the canal and the town. Maxim the host was lovely. He ensured we had all we needed for our stay. The room was spacious clean and tidy with a comfortable bed.

The uncaring reception from the Manager/owner was unique in my history of staying in hotels. Will never ever consider returning to this hovel. Add to that the gastronomic speciality of the region, cassoulet, is the most drab and dreadful plateful of food I have ever eaten. Truly reminiscent of your average Frenchman.

Hôtel propre et les propriétaires sympathiques. Nous avions une chambre quadruple. Lits très bon , chambre propre et bien. Points négatifs. La clim bruyante et surtout une porte certes fermée mais qui donne sur une autre chambre... Donc ça niveau insonorisation... vraiment pas top si vous avez des voisins qui se croit seuls dans l'hôtel.

C’est vraiment très dommage, cet endroit pourrait être magnifique, c’est un hôtel qui a du potentiel Mais l’entretien n’est pas au niveau d’un trois étoiles. Les équipements des chambres sont très vieillot. La qualité du petit déjeuner n’est pas à la hauteur du prix demandé pour exemple, le pain était très dur. Les abords de l’hôtel sont laissés à l’abandon . Cet hôtel donne vraiment l’impression d’être en bout de course et de ne plus être géré correctement. Il serait bien de mettre à jour la présentation de cet hôtel sur les sites de présentation.

L'établissement est très bien placé à proximité du centre vielle et vers les bords du canal du midi. Chambre confortable, salle de bain en état impeccable. Bon rapport qualité / prix. Petit déjeuner complet en buffet. L'hôtel dispose d'un local vélo sécurisé. Parfait pour aller faire des balades en famille le long du canal.

Personalen var jätte trevlig men jag tycker att för en 3 stjärnig hotellrum ska man inte behöva ha svart mögel i badrummet. Jag tycker bara att det bör finnas en minimi gräns för hygien eller bör man inte sälja detta som 3 stjärnigt rum.
