Excellent value,sadly very noisy

First off excellent value,quite easy to find.Pleasant reception staff.Only downside is these budget hotels always seem to attract noisy disrespectful guests and so unfortunately we were woken up several times during the night by inconsiderate guests

It does what it says on the tin, unpretentious delivery of what you need somewhere comfortable and clean to sleep. Some of the facilities are a bit plastic, but that's what you expect. Shower a bit small, but again what you expect. Very limited range of options for dinner locally - albeit food in (effectively self-service) Crescendo was good value.

We've stayed in dozens of Premiere Classe hotels and they are always great value. This was no exception. It was a bit shabby and the sink in the bathroom had seen better days but the staff were super helpful (and the lady checking us in spoke perfect English). We stayed for a couple of nights as a stopover on a longer trip and we loved the location (right next to a big supermarket, McDonalds and restaurants) and the safe parking.

The hotel is a well located budget hotel. Some aspects could be improved, - a lick of paint and we found the shower to be a law unto itself BUT for the money… comfortable, clean and an affordable basic breakfast with friendly staff. There’s a huge InterMarche with an excellent very popular cafe restaurant attached. Also Mc Donald’s both very close. Ideal stop off.

La chambre, hormis la literie qui est bonne, est d’une propreté relative, la lunette des wc ne se relève pas et surtout la chambre donnant sur la facade est très bruyante, l’hôtel etant situé dans une zone d’activités commerciales. Pour ma part je ne recommande pas cet hôtel et à l’avenir je préfère mettre un peu plus cher pour mon séjour à l’hôtel.

Rapport qualité prix

Durant le séjour pas de ménage et lit pas fait, le personnel ne rentre pas dans les chambres pour écologie. Le petit déjeuner est à volonté avec du pain et gâteau breton un peu juste dans le choix. L'accueil est agréable. Vu le prix de la chambre c'est justifié. L'hôtel est proche du centre ville et des commerces.

Squate de la clientèle et nuisance sonore

Premier constat pour ma part lit dur et inconfortable mais bon je pense que c est dans beaucoup d hotels. Deuxièmement un bruit constant dans la lumière de la chambre nous a fait demander une autre chambre mais malgré cela la clientèle squatait devant les chambres dans les escaliers et parlait fort la réception nous a juste dit de leur dire d arrêter mais j estime que ce n est pas à moi de faire le gendarme mais bien au personnel de veiller à la tranquillité de sa clientèle, nous ne sommes pas restés dormir car pas possible de nous rechanger de chambre plus excentrée des escaliers et évidemment pas remboursé .

Séjour globalement satisfaisant : chambre confortable, hôtel calme et pratique. Un gros souci est arrivé : la poignée de la porte de douche s’est bloquée, ma femme est restée coincée à l’intérieur plusieurs minutes en pleine nuit, en panique. Nous avons fini par réussir à ouvrir en forçant, mais c’était une situation très stressante. C’est le seul vrai bémol, mais c’est un point de sécurité qui mérite vraiment d’être réglé rapidement pour éviter que ça ne se reproduise avec d’autres clients.

Mauvaise expérience

Hôtel pour professionnels de passage. Les résidents ne respectent pas les nuits des autres,parlent bruyamment jusqu'à minuit tous les soirs. Beaucoup de travailleurs étrangers bruyant. On savait que c'était un hôtel de premier prix mais là on est déçu, Petit déjeuner convenable
