"The property grounds and staff there made the experience amazing and memorable. I only have an issue with a couple small things. My toilet broke on the first flush. Housekeeping was quick to fix the issue however. Also, I can tell the towels were cheap, the dinner rolls at the restaurant were microwaved, and the in room bar snacks were old. It would be nice if the owner invested more into these small details. For the rate per night, it must compete well with other luxury hotels. Overall, great...

"Le site est isolé et en pleine nature ce que nous avons adoré. (45 minutes de San Ignacio) Les options de marches en nature sont nombreuses et très bien balisées avec en prime des baignades dans des sites enchanteurs. La nourriture est typique et excellentes. Toutefois, certains prix sont un peu élevés. Le personnel est avenant et attentionné aux moindres détails. Un séjour que nous recommandons à proximités de plusieurs attraits (Caracol et Big Rock Falls notamment). "

"Las Terrazas was absolutely wonderful to stay at! The staff were so warm and welcoming, and the whole property was beautiful. They had great amenities: kayaks, stand up paddle boards, pool, beachside games… And the breakfast every morning was delicious and just what we needed to get going on our days’ adventures. "Outstanding resort and grounds. Entire staff was friendly and very helpful throughout our stay. We enjoyed the service and fresh food at the Grove restaurant. Hiking, biking and kayaking activities made our stay a wonderful experience. At night they had candles lights around the grounds. Very beautiful property! "

"All of the staff were extremely nice and professional. The property Is very well maintained and gorgeous. The 2 bedroom ocean view was spacious and directly on the beach. During my stay the occupancy was low and some services which were told would be available such as room service was not. I had to walk to the restaurant and order then wait for my food. Also because of low occupancy the poolside restaurant and pizza place closed early as well. It would have been helpful to have this information...
